We offer custom tuck boxes in three standard widths:
- 1/2″ wide
- 1″ wide
- 2″ wide

What paper stocks and weights can I choose?
All tuck boxes are printed on Coated Semigloss 1 Side (C1S) paper.
Available in:
- 12pt. weight – Lightweight but sturdy
- 14pt. weight – Thicker and more premium

Can I print on the inside of the box?
No, printing is available on the outside only, in black or full color.
But you can boost your packaging experience with inserts like:
- Thank you cards
- Instructional or care cards
- Loyalty coupons
- Business cards

What coating options do you offer?
You can finish your box with:
- Matte Laminate – Sleek and hides fingerprints
- Soft Touch Laminate – Velvety feel for a luxury touch

How are tuck boxes assembled?
Our boxes are reverse tuck style — the top and bottom flaps close in opposite directions for a secure fit.
They are shipped flat for easy storage and simple to assemble:
- Fold along the creases
- Tuck the flaps into place
- Done!
